How mold testing works.
We start with a visual inspection for moisture-related concerns. A moisture meter and thermal camera help assess suspect areas; thermal imaging identifies temperature differences and does not directly detect mold.
Using the Breeze ET system, we collect air samples from areas of concern and an outdoor control sample. An accredited laboratory identifies spore types and concentrations, allowing comparison between indoor and outdoor samples.
Your report explains the laboratory findings, observations and recommendations. We can discuss further evaluation where moisture or elevated mold levels are identified.
